    unable to connect to host : my server problem

    hi guys
    i have problem
    i made a server and the server shows in internet list to everyone
    but when anyone try to enter my server it show " unable to connect to host "
    what should i do ?? it's is a port problem or what ??
    *i use tekno and i made it with server launcher-editor
