no, aeria can check logs to see how many euros and exp has gone on your account so you can get banned without spendging any of your hackes euros, although they probably wont go through all of them so its like a 50/50 chance. Buying and winning caps just makes it super obvious and youll most likely get banned from it

Theres a low chance that u wont get bann if u dont have capsule weps when u euro but if u do have cap weps, it a high chance that u will get bann

There is ALWAYS a risk of getting banned using ANY third party modifications or software to give yourself an unfair advantage. That being said, your chances of being banned are much less likely if you take a few days to add your Euro rather than getting 1 million Euro in an hour.
Also, it's best to sit on your account until the hack has been patched for awhile and slowly forgotten, that way people won't get as suspicious considering Aeria likes to say "WE BANNED ALL TEH HAXZ0RS" whenever they patch a hack.
