You can enable it anytime anywhere, but the tool has to be running.

I know you don't post viruses in any of your stuff but could you include the actual links to the virus scans instead of just including a picture of the logo w/ some text? It is really bugging me for any of this kind of stuff, I don't want to get on your case, it's just paranoia I just want to be safe. Please fix.
