It works, IW5M's patch fks with controlls if it's injected.
Also lag usually happens due to slow rendering on your PC, not the DLL.
Or if the server blocks certain things, that also causes lag

Referring to what? A checksum fixer? Or the MSVsomething.dll error?
If it's a checksum, don't use that as it tends to sometimes mess with code execution.

If it's the MSsomething error, try copying it to the iw5m folder or register the dll. I posted the command above...
regsvr32 /s mydll.dll
