If you have Win XP, then you can try some Aero theme pack, but I don't think that it will work .
If you have Win 8, then you can try to change it with Start8, with it you can add Aero theme to Win 8 .Again, I'm not sure will it work

The hack requires Windows Aero. It won't work if you don't have it.
