Hacks wont run.

I've been trying to hack on CSS, but for some reason the hacks wont inject, I run the hack, run CSS but the hack just wont work, normally console comes up, giving info about the hack, but this isnt happening, and when I close CSS the hack is still, "Running" on my Desktop, anyone have any ideas, I thought it might, because I have to run it as an Administrator, but I cant find anything.
