1) How does the stock market work?
I thought it was like, you buy a stock and you get money monthly depending on how good the thing you invested your money on is.
Or is it like a buy the stocks when they are low, and sell them when they are high (in which case you buy a bunch of $30 stocks and hope it does up by like 2-3 instead of a $800 stock and hope it goes up by 2-3)

2) Is there a age requirement to participate in the stock market?
I'm 14...

When you buy a stock the prices go up or down depending on how well a company does. If that company fucks up and people sell their stocks the price will drop. If the company performs well more people will want to acquire the stocks. Generally people wait till prices go up then they sell them, but if too many people sell at once the prices will crash. There are also a shit ton of laws involving the stock market go wikipedia that shit

Do you have money to buy Stock in a Company? Or a Large HeadgeFund? And i am pretty sure you cant participate in the stock market but then again i got a "C" in american Government.

When you buy into company's you usually have to sign agreements-contracts-etc
can't do that if you're 14 unless its your legal guardian actually doing all the buying.
