countries that usually ask or beg for help, the u.s.a. tries to offer assistance, look at vietnam for example.

at the very beginning, they cried for help, but when the u,s,a, came in, they flipped and begged for us to leave. in truth, this is where you pick your battles wisely, and i wish that some things the u.s. wouldn't bother with.

If you guys have a real big problem. With America "butting in" the piss off. It is what we do, we are a super power, we are here to unite under one rule. The UN is the fine example of that, but is it not true that most other officials form countries are there too. If they had a big problem with us "butting in" then why did they not stop it.
