IP banned or what?

Hi guys, i trie a lot of time to play AVA but i cant, i login and press game start, then the loading start but a black screen come and i cant do anythink, i trie to press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" and tri to close ava process but i fail because the black screen close it, then i trie to disconnect and the PC crash, i already tried to rinstall ava but nothink change, can someone help me?

To know if your banned go to the Aeriagames web site and try to log in, if your banned it will probably tell you that you are, or say you forgot your pass. If it says you forgot your pass, then click the "Forgot password" button, and it will tell you if your banned on your email.
