only one thing i don't understand and that's the teleport i't makes you like spectator but when you turn it of you stand there whit no gun?
is that normal?

Yes, Teleport On = you can teleport to teammates (click left or right button) and Teleport Off = you appear at that player's spot, and you can pickup weapons.
