How Do I 100% Prevent a Chargeback on Paypal?

As u might've known I have been charged back 2 times, for almost 300$.
Next time I am trading I would like to prevent this at ALL costs, I even told the seller to send as gift
and also write the message "This is a gift, I have no right to Dispute/charge-back". Please help me out-
but still he managed to charge-back 2 months's later.

No matter what you do they can backcharge, all they need to do is login to paypal with a vpn for 5 mins, and claim it was unauthorized lol.

You can never be sure, because he/she might be using a stolen PayPal account (which is a chargeback, no matter what) or the above stated
