If there was no rules about virus scans, who would actually post viruses ?

No reason to do it, mostly because the poeple wouldnt be so dumb.
Improve and contribute to the LoL section, anything you do could save it.

Look for hacks on youtube. Guaranteed 99% of the links, link to virus's. The same people that do that, would do it here. Hundreds of thousands of people download hacks from here daily, it's the PERFECT place to spread your virus, so many people would come here and try it. One good upload of a virus advertising hack features that have never been seen before in a hack for any game, and you have thousands of downloads by the end of the day by morons who can't realize it's all a fallacy.
