b) 1mb/s is very fast, I get 500kb/s and share it with 3 people

It's all router-specific. By the way, typing ipconfig into Command Prompt is not going to magically make all the MAC addresses and internal IPs of users connected to the router appear.

For Netgear routers, to access the router settings. It's normally:
https://www****uterlogin.com/ or https://192.168.0.1/
^ Why is this censored, won't even work if your router is not Netgear. It should be r-o-uterlogin.com without the dashes.

The default username and password is admin and password. If it doesn't work, refer to Google for the default username and password for your router model. Same thing applies to applying MAC bans.
