increase loot drop

i seen another thread about changing the value with ce. I would like to see some item made that does something like the vault hunters relic. I got my copy of borderlands 2 from being a gpu. I didn't realize it didn't come with pre order bonus. Is there a way to get that relic. If not is there a way to make one or is there another one in game. i would give a go at ce and try my luck out but i am just learning how to use it.

Tried downloading a save file with vault hunter relic equiped then you put it in claptrash stash? (havent tried myself)

All it does is increase the chance to find greens and blues, it's been done.

I was under the impression that it increases orange drops, or that it's actually broken.

so nothing has been attempted in ce. If i were more experienced with the program i would give it a go. I would love to see some one create and item that helps with drops from bosses. Though if some one created something with ce that helped loot drops i would use that as well.

They've modded the drop rates of it to 100% all that happened was no whites ever dropped, there was no increase of quality, orange drops, purple drops, or quality of chest contents.
