Proxy on US Server (for different reasons)

Hi I recently read this guide on how to use a proxy with Vindictus but I have a different reason for using a proxy which probably won't work with this way.

Many of you use proxies to play on the Europe server from North America or vice versa. I would like to use a proxy because there is a web filter placed on my internet that blocks all nexon servers. This means that I need proxycap on while I launch the game. However, this also means that the hackshield will detect proxycap as a hack. I am therefore unable to play for longer than 5 minutes after logging on.

Is there any way to avoid hackshield believing proxy cap to be a hack?
