Record on half size-480p qual but good fps. I get round the same fps as you before fraps-now I get round 50-80

Low FPS whit fraps?
How can i have 5FPS and less whit fraps...
My Usual FPS = 70-140 Graphic Card On
My Usual FPS = 30-60 Graphic Card Off
My Usual FPS whit Fraps = 30 whit Graphic Card On
my Usual FPS whit Fraps = 25 whit Graphic Card Off
Please post your tutorial to get Less Frame Per Seconds.

Try to use fraps or another recording programm to lock your FPS to 5
