Banned from Free ac's? IDK why?!!!!!!!

Ok so in Adventure Quest Worlds you can complete free offers to get free ac's that you normally have to pay for. about 6 months ago i was randomly unable to perform any of the free offers. I have had my account for many years and do not want to have to start a new one just to receive more ac's because i worked hard on my account. HERE IS WHAT SHOWS UP WHEN I CLICK ON ANY OFFER:

I have sent a complaint to the offer people who ever tey are, but no reply and no unbanning me. I havent done anything against the games terms or rules. If anyone has any info on how to get around these or fix this please tell me!

This usually happens when you do sur.veys using fake info. Dunno if that's your case, tho...

Yeah i use fake info all the time. and if they contact me I just tell them to take me off there contact list. Oh well screw them! Im still awesome at the game so IDC lol! :P

Tried it. it says my account is fine and isn't banned from anything. so the free ac thing must be separate from my actual account.
