preferable a MAJ+
doesnt need a bunch of perms and junk
but if it got some ill still pay
looking for under 50$ will pay slightly over
if its worth it
CBL clean is a must
and all info to change password is required
EDIT: will take ranks lower too but has to be at least CSM to even consider it
