Right click and run it as administrator and make sure your using V1.7 of the game.

OS tested : Windows 7 x86,64 bit
Still undetected
If game crashes to you what to do ? First run hacks AND DO NOT PUT CHAMS ON. It wont crash and if you want chams, press ALT+TAB(it will open a desktop) and then again ALT+TAB it will open Call of duty 4 again.Press F3 and put on what you want. It wont crash anymore
