i am spose to do some thing a 5 page rpeort by feb 23 like help me out with death penlety and i am using deathnote as a book sourse cuz in that "grafic novel" is nice in which some has the power to kill and he kills the ppl who do crimes in jail and kills them and "kira" is like law he is like scaring the public but and u know what i am talking about man you know waht i am talking about!!

hm.. like u kill ppl for there crimes i am pretty sure like all state have banned death penalties from court like u homicidal manic killed every in the family wont get electrocuted or hung for is actions cuz some 1 said it was a unfair punishment

I do not think that the Death penalty should be carried out in Federal Institutions.
The matter of settling justice should be exacted on the spot:


For Instance: If you ATTEMPT to rob me using a Lethal weapon, you are demonstrating that:
A. You do not care for the lives of others, and
B. You Obviously do not care about your own Life, because they are risking having it ruined by imprisonment.

So, If you're life doesn't mean that much to you anyway, I feel that it is my Responsibility to shed you of your mortal coil using the nearest blunt object. =/

In another Instance:

Guy takes hostages at gunpoint, kills one of them. The Entry Team required in hostage situations should simply forego giving the assailant the option of dropping his weapon and going silently.
The Entry Team should NOT, however, make any allowances or assumptions that may lead to further hostile actions by the assailant.

now i did my presentation most the time told em about the book death note
