Do the advanced UAV manually in Cheat Engine:

To enable UAV add the address as a BYTE (g_compassShowEnemies):
0x1C2C41C And change the value to "5"
Then add this address also as a BYTE to enable Advanced UAV (CG->AdvUAV)
0x8FF304 Freeze the address (Click SPACE when hilighted) and change the value to "1"

Thanks! Works, but with only one flaw, does it always flicker from normal dots to Advanced UAV style? Or am I just laggy?

I tried it in window mode and window mode without barret but uav is not working at all -.- But Laser works

Yea it happens. As a patch, they re-write the adv uav address all the time. It rewrites faster than cheat engine can write to in (like every 20 ms) so it flickers. If you make a pprogram (like my laser/fov/fullbright enabler, and set it to write very fast, it wont flicker)

Yes i did but UAV doesn´t work -.- But I use now ESP and this is much better than UAV

the UAV offset will cause you to Unbound fire and will keep walking Because of new update also if you do that from console [g_compassShowEnemies 1] which is for advanced UAV will result in same it will oubound your fire

Only if you're being obvious. But with just Advanced UAV it's unlikely.
