I call it, "interview worthy". If you stand out, you'll most likely get interviewed. I'm not saying become a head admin, but for the reader's to have enjoyment the interviewers can't interview some twat with 50 posts and has the grammatical and spelling errors of a 10 year old. If we interviewed random people who weren't really "interesting" then you guys (readers) wouldn't read that section of the news.
