You need a second Ps3 with a jailbreak(3.55) to hack games on Ps3. Without a jailbreak you cant hack mw3.

how i get the jailbreak?

You must buy a second PS3 that either has 3.55 firmware on it and is already jailbroken or buy a PS3 that an be downgraded to firmware 3.55 using hardware modification.
