Germany. Best country in the world. If not, Australia, because their electronic scene is on par with Germany's and those two countries are the only countries producing anything good consistently.
I'm still going with Germany on this one bud.
It depends on where you go. The more rural (and prestigious) areas like where my cousins live have many people my age (19) and many extremely elderly motherfuckers. It goes back and forth. The more populated areas have people more in their twenties. It's one of the only (if the only) European countries with no deficit, and they're the only people who paid back their war debts to the US, while having the most I love Germany! Sie Deutschland ist deiner mutterland!
They're benefitting so much from failing economies in the E.U.
OT:
Country: (AU)
Cons: More expensive shit when compared to USA.
Pros: Most liveable cities in the world. (4 cities in the top 10, Canada has 3)
Easy to find job? (Y/N) Depends on skills you have. Tradies (plumbers, bricklayers, etc.) earn a decent amount of money though.
Easy to start from zero?: (Y/N) Again, depends on skills obtained, as well as grasp of the English language.
Its expensive to live there? Why? Moreso than America, but not as expensive as living in Japan. Buying clothes and shit online is alright though,
How good is the education there for technology related careers? Education in Australia is pretty good, but tertiary education in American is better. However, you don't have to pay straight up for uni in Aus; HECS is fucking awesome.

Country: AU
Cons: Cost of living is quite high. Slower internet than America. Alcohol is insanely expensive.
Pros: Tight weapon restrictions, very safe, people are friendly, beautiful landscape, stable economy, interesting culture, livable, jobs much more abundant than US, tipping isn't a thing over here (you only tip if you're in a really fancy restaurant), relaxed demeanor.
Easy to find job? (Y/N) Yes, depending on what kind of job (if you were going into a technology field then I'd go for Brisbane or Melbourne.)
Easy to start from zero?: (Y/N) Cost of living is high. If you have support, then yes.
Its expensive to live there? Why? Food/rent is. Alcohol is REALLY expensive compared to other countries.
How good is the education there for technology related careers? Great. Australian universities are fantastic. Plus, like Mrs. Rez mentioned, there's HECS. HECS pretty much means you don't pay for your university course until you actually have a stable job and are making enough money.
Hell no, come to the US and become apart of the fattest country in the world.
