Yeah, like any ISP is going to allow speeds like that fluctuating on their network. There is no way a single line can handle those many speeds to so many customers unless there are >10 customers on the line, at that point they won't even run a line.

DSL Is Better

Say that when you're on the beginning of a cable line with a modified docsis file. Oh wait, you won't be.

I use DSL, and I previously used to have Cable. I think DSL is better though.

The fastest speed available here right now is 150Mbps (15MB/s or 15,360KB/s) Download Speed using FiOS... Next year they'll roll out the 300Mbps (30MB/s or 30,720KB/s) Download Speed...
