I posted this in the other thread, but I prefer to stay with droppable weapons.
IMHO, the best non-elemental assault rifles out there. (+30% damage assault rifle relic & +35% damage assault rifle class mod + 25% damage to non-elemental guns from Axton's Duty Calls skill help too)
The emphasis was on damage per bullet rather than DPS or mag size. Accuracy is above average as well. I may create a max-mag Vladof rifle for going back through playthrough 1.
I use the Dahl sight and the Vladof stock on most of them. The sight is mainly for aesthetics. I believe the stock has the least recoil... I tried to look up the math, but went by what I observed only.
and the class mod for good measure:
Athough now I use one of the Legendary Commando relics as it is more universal.
I suppose I should add a Veruc to this list... but eh, I never like the Dahl rifles. Also made up some of the Dahl Seraph assault rifle, but it has horrible accuracy. I'm not sure if it can be non-elemental.

An elemental Jacobs would be a non-droppable weapon. Easily modable, but not something that an enemy would drop. I believe there are other special cases out there, but I'm not positive of any of them. Originally Posted by The Real Deal

yeah, I'm not really getting the paste code instructions either ... can't figure out the third part of the instruction spoiler (3.Hit Copy the Paste Code to the Weapon or Item You Want)
I tried right clicking the new item but all I get are 3 large icons of rifles, no text
I was actually able to create items and weapons using the drop downs but this pasting code thing has stumped me
