Failed to get authorization code.

When i clicked GAME START on aeria ignite it ask me to create new account or link account, and then when i clicked use existing and i typed in my account and log in then an error saying failed to get authorization code pops out, does that mean i got banned?

try to retrieve password- press forgot password and enter there your email! if you are banned you will get a message that says ur account was terminated! if not banned then you will get a message that say " further info have been sent to ur mail" ( or something like that)

Try to change your password, then try to start A.V.A by NWZLauncher mine is here: C:\AeriaGames\AVA

Maybe you just need to change the password .

Use NWZLauncher, ignite is shit and Ava on steam is crap as well.

Edit : Just noticed i'm having the same problem right now, it was working 30 minutes ago but now "Failed to get authorization code" pops up. Fuck
Edit : Nevermind. It works now. I just noticed that i was closing the Aeria Ignite pop up because it's annoying and now i didn't closed it and it work. @Larten2 try that

Me too... I'm trying to re-download ava... or aeria is just fked up at the moment....

Don't close the Aeria Ignite pop up. I was closing it and "Failed to get authorization code" was poping up. Don't close it, it worked for me
