Run online flash games as desktop executeables

Hey, i found Battle Panic the other day as a desktop executable And it seems to still be entirely connected to the internet.

I was wondering if it was difficult to do this? If not would anyone here be able to show me how to do this? or what programs i would have to use in order to repeat this same thing. Otherwise if anyone would be able to make an executable like this for BTD5 or SAS3 I would be very grateful.

Did you meant something like..:
-You clicked a desktop file executable (which mean you can double click it and does something), it leads you to a website in your default browser.
Then it means its a swf file. Basically in my experience, its an executable that leads you to a website/page (which i used to do with flash games)
Just go to a web link to swf file converter. You copy the link and then put it so it can convert. Save it somewhere (desktop if you want). Voila

Im probably wrong because you said an executable file but oh well, i had to try xD

1, wrong section.
2, Use Visual Basic to have one Form, and one Shockwave Flash Object. In the object direct the movie to the URL. What game might i ask? i can make it for you.
