If you run the EXP hack, just do Survival once. At me my AVA crashed but probably because I had Euro-Hacks on, but at the end I was Captain then. Worked fine at me.

help with CCman's automatic exp hack
Hello, whenever I try to use the new experience hack, I just get ??? When I am ingame. I already used AeriaAVA's bypass and I also have 64bit. What seems to be the problem. Please help.

but that still doesn't solve my problem, I mean it worked for me once and then it doesn't work anymore, I only get ??? on the cheat engine table.
