Stupid glitch?

Well i finished all of the quests off of snowbeard and tried to go into the Dwarfhold. However, it said i needed to compelte all the quests for Snowbeard. Which ia lready did. It turns out that one of the quests didnt show up for Snowbeard and it was "Give snowbeard his gold back". This was never there when i was doing his quests. But now the quest button is gone and i have 0 access to it. I even went on to my alternate account and it didnt have that quest. Can someone help me? Has this happened to anybody? I need to do these dwardhold quests for Ungodly Reavers of Nulgath.
