No. Doesn't matter if you got 1.000.000 reports, if VAC can't detect anything, you won't get banned. What reports do is make VAC scan your computer more often and deeper... but if you sure your hack is undetected, you're fine. If you're using a Detected hack tho, then you'll get banned. And VAC doesn't accept any video or anything of the sort as evidence of hacking...
