I know what hes talking about, its something similar to a hack called : Aimfix in Gunz.
It is like you automatically shoot with your gun when your crosshair turn red/ when the enemy red text appears.
so you will directly hit him.

i already wanted to make one, but when i saw that it was easy for the other's to know you are using it (you shoot only when you aim him and stop exactly when he die), i stopped and left that
