You need to complete the J6 quest chain.

im not able to complete his quest's because my dexterity is too low to steal his access card :/

There is a problem with the chunin tokens (easy) when it starts my player try to attack the slime but he/she moves the the previous area (where zorbak is there) and it freezes (the account not the game even if u press stop u cant move the player or send it to house or chat but u can open the inventory only so

You must have at least 20 dex,and it's possible to defeat sneeviltron with packets ?

^You need someone to press the button. That's the easiest way to get past the turrets.
