I enjoyed AvA at one point in time, but it's been obvious the game is on its knees in terms of player population. Yes, I did hack. Yes, they were co-op hacks. My only, and I mean ONLY problem with this entire issue, is the charge to a banned account. It's one thing for me to forget to remove the payment method, it's another to have banned me an then say, we didn't setup the recurring payment, so it's not us who charged you. Really?

I disputed the claim on paypal and I'm getting ready to escalate it to a claim because it's obvious Aeria is retarded and can't candle their shit, they're greedy and I hope they get sued by someone willing to shove it up their asses. Whatever the case, thank you for the suggestions, I'd like the thread closed, please.

so its like if aeria would charge you 50$ on your account that you had but got banned like 3 month ago

I actually almost feel I might have a shot, although I'm not having any hopes. I can't log into verify that the points were actually purchased. So, saying I never received the item isn't technically incorrect. They could spam my email full of order confirmations, but until they unban the account so that I may prove the existence of the AP I think I have a shot. I also took screenshots of the ban so nothing could be reversed that way. Not to mention the fact that I never received an email, who knows perhaps I would have remembered I was still subscribed to them had they notified me of my ban.

I got my refund notice today. Aeria can suck my dick. I chuckled when they had a paypal rep tell me I couldn't get a refund, and then I got a refund. Funny shit.
