Crossfire NA:Fail to connect to server. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi guys. This is a problem. when i log on, it shown up the USER/PASS. After 1 second this thing popsup, it says:Fail to connect to server. I clicked ok. then it closes the game. ive been restarting my comp. Close everything (including firewall). Then i tried agn same thing happened!
And the server isn't maintenance. After 2 days AGN! please help, oh yeah these day my internets really slow. I cant load youtube vids aswell!
So i think that the problem is the internet
Cause:Internet is really crap Effect: Gets me error on CF.
Please note that this is Crossfire NA.

It's your internet...
If you can't load youtube videos you can't play games.

I get this problem occasionally too. Here's what you need to do, one, NEVER turn off anti-virus in this kind of situation, two, unplug and plug in router/modem, next try restarting PC in the process of unplugging modem/router, let me know results.

How much time does it take to load crossfire ?
