I'm not backing Aeria by any means, because it isn't right to assume things, but being on a forum specifically towards hacking one of their games. I see why they would do it, but its not right to assume.

It isn't against their TOS, and I had beer hacked on any Aeria/IJJI games before that account was banned. It's not understandable considering I had not broken a single rule on their TOS.
