Didn't work..
I think it's a server sided issue.. because my friend has the same problem.

Could you try to download it? (just start download and then cancel)

I've downloaded the loader , didn't even open up for me.
Try downloading it from here : GameRage
and did you Unplug your router ? It might solve the problem...Or maybe you are Region blocked.

I live in europe (belgium)
I already unplugged/plugged my router & it doesn't open for me too.

I guess the problem is from the loader itself
