Couldn't you just go in a squad with someone that has sqd. supression and you can use the other things?

Why would you want to remove all of it? It ruins the immersion of the game itself. As everyone has said, use the SQD Cover perk. Most squads are combined of these four perks or whatever you wanna call them:
- SQD Cover
- SQD Sprint
- SQD Ammo
- SQD Flak or Explosives
Just learn to play with that blur in there, I can still kill the enemy who suppressed me. Honestly, for me I never really hacked BF3 till I got bored of the same thing everytime so I just use No Recoil and No Spread, that's it. Nothing else.
