So, i got a non legit hack from here, it appears that ive been keylogged, and now my account is hacked and cant use it.
Any tips to get it back?

I agree... Give them a phone call and they will ask you security details. The one thing they need to know is your DOB which is hidden from all but EA Staff. This is to protect you. They will also keep track of any changes to your account and if you didn't authorize them they will assist you in regaining your account.

Hello, please I am in a serious problem, My ea account has been hacked and i forgot my DoB, I got all the gamecodes i said them i can show them the picture of my cd key but they refused to recover my account.. Please can someonly hack back my account.. He changed my email too because i had been rat.. I know the ip who rat me it stated with 184.xx.xxx.xxx,, please if any one can help pm me..

My account got hacked too... But I was able to get it back by pressing forgot password button, it sends link to your email that redirects you to change password site

If u have keylog he will take back after u go sleep... So In ur way i should download Malware antibytes and it will clear virus, it helped for me then i was keylogged :P

*Download Malware antibytes best virus delete and keylog find program, scan fully pc, for ur safe
*Change all pass in most using places.
*Activate firewall or download (Comodo)
* Update ur antivirus
