O-M-G CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME THIS £$@!% PLEASE !

hello, wtf is going on, i opn my ava.. sometimes it stay conecting for ever. Other times i suceffuly open it but then i try to join a chanel, double lick it , nothing happens and few moments later is shows: chanel join time out. And............ other times i sucefuly join a chanel and when i try to join a room it says: room join time out orrrrrrrrrrrrr ... could not find adquate room. BUT BUT, when i sucefuly join a room and i press start, the little white bar stops at the end AND NOTHING HAPPENS. WTF AERIA WTF ???
Pls i will give 3 thanks to you if you could explain to me the problem and if is there any possible solution ! Thanks YOU !
