How do i make fog at the bottom?

How do i make tfog or mist or whatever it is at the bottom of the render to make it look cool? Can someone maybe post a thread on it?

go to google and search of brusheezy and you will find a website with tons of brushes. Download a brush that looks like fog or parphaps something like hair or anything that resembles winds, Afterwards you the brush with the color white and then bring the opacity down from the layer section, that will give that kind of effect you maybe looking for.
