There's a big difference between dumped and unpacked... unpacked means you can re-run it without it being packed, modify it and re-run, etc. you basically remove the packer from the application. dump means you take a "screenshot" of the memory the application is using at runtime and save it to a file, this can be used for reversing and things of that nature. You can't execute a dump.
