Can't connect to mw3?

Hey, i have a problem when starting my mw3. If i logged in on steam and started mw3 and i click on play i awaiting to connect to online services for a long time and after 2 minutes it tells me that the server is unavailable but my friend can still play . Please someone help me

You're probably banned. Check your steam profile, if you see something like:



Then.. yeah, you're banned.

Could also be an IW ban, those dont show bans on record but wont let you connect to online services.
could also be you need to reboot your modem/router and verify that you have the correct ports open.

Check our suggestions and report back.

but my steam score is 0.1 now
i just pre ordered bo II is it smart to make a new acc or just go on with my own one with bo 2. I know i wont get a instant ban for bo 2 but just incase?

Your steam score is based on hours played over a 2 week period.
As for BOII, if you preordered it on that account you cant get it transferred.
A ban on MW# will not get you banned on BOII but it will definately get a lot of people calling you a hacker with the bans on record marker
