Error injecting 4D1 Hooked ESP

Hi, when i inject the hack i give's a error, i use auto-inject like they said in the thread.
Error: Fatal error (0xc0000096) at 0x0942117f.

I diddn't alt-tab, it automatically does this at the start.

Ok what you do, that works for me. step one: start mw2, then alt tab and open the injector to inject it. then open back the game and the menu should be there and the hack would work, let me know if this worked.
