ok what it means theres some thing that is you run the file once, then it doesnt work an ywhere else and u have to hack the source to get it to work for other people

wat it means is he wants u to break a code most likely formed with 12 parts(eg.a3 b5 h8).
This would have been a long time ago..but it cant be done by our skill. It would take some1 with a batcholors degree on this paticular shyt...
