Coding & decoding? I am certainly sure removing "UDP Port error" does not need coding/decoding, just hex editing.

Try hex edit "multiplay_sg.dll", while you on BlackShot & see what changed in the hex when you attempt to go in-game, which you will receive "UDP port error".
