Just make a canadian paypal account.You will be able to transfer/send and receive without needing to add a cc,plus no one would be willing to use their cc and verify your paypal account.

Yes, I know that. What i'm trying to say is that I never knew that only Canada has that. I've only ever made a Canadian Paypal account for obvious reasons.

In UK You do not need to add your credit card / bank account all you have to do is go to the registration page and when it does ask for your credit card / bank account just edit the link and turn it into paypal.com only (remove signup and addcard)

It is like that in every country I believe, at least in Germany it's also like that.
But is it really true that you can instantly receive a let's say 300$ payment via goods & services without the money being put on a hold if it's a Canadian account?

I don't receive a hold on money sent into my account, but I have a Premier account with attached bank account & multiple CCs.
