I see that you've said to only offer paypal or NX, but since you have no offers yet, I'm going to take a jab at it anyways
I don't have any money or NX right now, but I can give you some better accounts for one of the accounts with hawk perm, I could give you some high ranks with a lot of perms and other good accounts.
