Got scammed by the Austin Nichols, send 13$ for 7 keys and now he's running from me, already block me from 2 skype accounts. I already report him to paypal and to fbi.

Well since he's a legitimate seller he will win the case on Paypal (you can't report on Paypal), and if you really did report this too FBI (which I doubt) they will scoff at you and laugh because your case is so weak and silly.

2 from 7 keys sent to me is clean, but is non-steam and when i was buying last week from him he's told m e the it will be steam keys.

So, by now my situation it's going...
