[help] problem faced while starting up the game

I tried exactly everything it shows in the video from this thread

but somehow at that part where the games start up waiting to paste the files right after gameguard photo is done... it kinda takes a very long time to load, or I should say it actually hang at the starting game.. Gameguard did not even appear. Waited for like 20mins-30mins and its still the same.
Can anyone tell me the problem?

I'm using win 7 32bit fyi.

win 7 32bit cant use rapid hack like mine and others were the same but some manage to get it but they dont tell me how .
